Another day

Omigosh what a morning/afternoon! B and I had some errands to run and we were also going to the terminal to say goodbye to a friend. (she's leaving for 20 days...what am i going to do without here?!?! i dont know! She has a son who is a month older then B, she is such an awesome person and I'm so glad we are friends!...so im going to be lost without her...) So B and I got up to start our day around 8....morning is spent lazying around...seriously its so hard to get up and go with a baby, you are ALWAYS forgetting something or how many times have you left the house and have to come back in cuz you forgot to put a clean diaper on them??? so many times, tell the truth! So anyway B decided he wanted a nap at around 10 am and he ended up sleeping till 11;30!! WOW naps like that are kinda uncommon here! So that gave me time to wash bottles AND get a shower AND heres the good part....WASH MY HAIR!!! Wohoo! Now that only happens only like 2 times a week nowadays...LOL. So I got ready to go and got B up at 11:30, he got a bottle and dressed and we were out of the house by 12:15, wohoo!!! (with a clean diaper by the way!) and I decided to run over to the shoppette to get my friend a couple magazines and some bubblegum for the plane ride! The whole saying goodbye issue was uneventful and i even got through the bx and commisary with no major event happening besides the BX not having a pair of capris i wanted....guess im going to have to get those ones on Old Navy....lol. So we get in the car and have 1 more stop, the POST OFFICE.....i love the post office....it seems i always have stuff coming and i love going and see what surprise im going to get in the mail! So today was no different! B's carseat had come!! My mom had just sent this less then a week ago (after a whole big event at the post office about it being to big...blah blah blah...it got sent!) so i couldnt believe it had gotten here so fast! But get this....here is this 25 poud carseat, me with a baby in my arms, mail in the one hand, wallet and keys, and NO ONE asks me if i need help, meanwhile i cant steer the dang cart thing the guy put it on and im out in the parking lot driving this cart like a drunk driver...swerving around cars and people all the while with all these people walking right past me, staring at me and NO ONE asks me if i need help! So by this time im pissed, i almost drop B trying to get him in his infant carseat while trying to get everything in the car, then i gotta get him back out to take the dang cart back into the post office.....so im heated at this point....thankfully i had no problem getting home and yes the carseat is still in the car...havent even attempted to install it yet...so i come into the house with my 2 heavy bags of stuff, a almost 20 pound baby, and a diaper bag and i sent the bags on the counter and by this time im so thirsty so i go and open up my Crystal Bay and wouldnt you know it.....this bottle like exploded, it was like New Years Eve at 12 am all over again.....ALL over the counter, backsplash, floor cabinets....EVERYWHERE! and all the while my poor son is on the floor crying cuz its time to eat....not to much longer till Daddy gets home....and you know what makes it all worth it??? My sweet boy swinign in his swing chattering away while blowing spit bubbles...gosh i love him so much!!
