my baby is going to be a year old in only 17 days.....omigosh where has the time gone??? It feels like last week i was counting down the days till my due date, wanting to hold this precious baby boy in my arms.....and just a few days ago i was bringing him home from the hopsital....and just yesterday he flashed me a first smile....As i look back over B's first year i think all of the things i wouldnt change and the things i would have....I would have woken up more often with a smile and a optimistic attitude about the day. Far to many mornings i woke up irratated and just wanting to go back to bed, then i go in and get him out of bed and see his smile and know he is just happy to see me....I would have changed that Mike wouldnt have gotten deployed when Boston was just 3 months old...and not seeing him again till he was 7 1/2 months old. Boston and Daddy are so close now....i know what Mike missed but Boston wont ever remember that time and for that i am thankful!
He is growing and changing so much, He has just become such a funny little guy lately, i swear he is thinking of what will make Mike and I laugh all day, he has also started babling CONSTANTLY!! it is so freakin cute!! He has learned so many things lately! it just amazes me!
Boston and I will be going back to the states on Oct 7th, Mike wont be until the 28th. So that means i have 3 weeks in PA with my family! I am so looking forward to this....i miss them so much! They havent seen Boston since May!! Mike and I are then meeting up in Miami on the 29th and spending 2 weeks there! As it looks right now we will be driving from Florida on the 13th of Nov, so that means we should be in Houston on the 14th Kelly!!! WOOHOOO!!! I am so excited we get to meet up! I hope this day works for you guys! I was thinking like lunch or something? Let me know!!
Then we get to the base and start our new life in Texas...yeehaw.....lol. I cant tell you how much i can NOT wait to be living in the states....ugh you guys have no idea...no idea at all! lol be thankful for all you have to do! lol
So official countdown is like 26 days till im in the states!!!! 4 years in Japan is way to long!

Amie I'm so happy for you guys and can't wait for you to start on your new journey in the states! You never know which little moment will be the one you look back on, thinking you'd give anything to experience it all over again....
I'm so happy for you! We should make Kelly come up to New Jersey and I could drive them over to PA! HAHA!
