im doing it!!

creating my website for my photography!!

I really need too...i need to get my name out there and my best friend has been such an AWESOME support/help through this all and has told me that even if i redirect it to a a blog connected to my website that i can keep updated with pictures of my boys, and the sessions i get every once in awhile than it will at least help me get noticed and help my website come up and when people search for local photographers here. (woah that was a long run on sentence...lol)

I will post the address once i get more done with it, but im so excited because it is totally in the beginning phase and i couldnt be happier!!! Right now i will concentrate on making this blog be the best it can be and hopefully by March/April of next year ill have a nice website all designed up and make that live as well, but for now im working on making the blog (not this blog ;) ) for my website live, yeah!!!!!

im getting excited/nervous for Saturday...im doing holiday mini sessions this coming weekend. i DID have 4 sessions booked but am now down to 2, one family got sick and another "friend" canceled on me and i wont go into it because it pisses me off, but anyway im VERY excited about the 2 i do have because they are 2 families that are total strangers and found my ad on craigslist!!! Its going to be very nervewracking to do peoples pictures i dont know but this IS what i want/need and im hoping it helps me get my name out there some.

on friday i handed out treat bags with my business card in them and i got a message on my photo myspace page from a girl about being interested in the mini sessions too, so we'll see. I havent heard back from her after i wrote her so i dont know if they will book or not, but at least i know people read my little business card! (can you tell im thinking more optimistic today...lol)
